San Juan Water District marked its 47th Anniversary at Kabayan Beach Resort, Laiya Aplaya, San Juan, Batangas with a celebratory event theme: “47 Years of Flowing Progress.”

The occasion was a simple gathering of employees and officials to commemorate nearly five decades of service to the residents of San Juan and the surrounding communities. The anniversary event began with a solemn mass at San Juan Nepomuceno Church, followed by a short travel to the venue in Brgy. Laiya Aplaya.

The program was hosted by our On-the-Job Trainees and started with a prayer by Dir. Cristhia Cruz followed by a Welcome Remarks of Dir. Marceliano Abante. GM Edith Joyce Geba gave her Opening Address followed by the inspirational messages from Dir. Ojiemar Alcantara and Dir. Ramon Gerard Salud.

It was followed by the Presentation of Special Awards: Honesty is the Best Policy Award, Teamwork Makes the Dream Work Award, Behind the Scenes Award and Above and Beyond. Then the On-the-Job Trainees gave an Intermission Number followed by a Raffle Draw.
